I started Luma after nearly a decade designing for tech companies — marketing websites, landing pages, pitch decks, sales materials, and ad campaigns for startups at every stage from pre-launch through Series B. Before that, I worked as an embedded UX/UI designer on product teams, helping shape the software that drove their revenue. That product-side thinking is what I bring to every Luma project.
Helping build a compliance startup into an industry leader
One of Ivan's longest design partnerships was with Secureframe, a San Francisco-based compliance automation company. He joined when the team had four employees and worked directly with the CEO for two and a half years, leading the marketing design that shaped their public-facing presence.
Ivan built Secureframe's brand identity from the ground up, designed two versions of their marketing website, and created out-of-home campaigns including Highway 101 billboards and NYC subway ad units — along with the sales collateral and digital materials supporting their go-to-market efforts. During that time, Secureframe grew to roughly 200 people and raised about $100 million in funding.
