A custom direct-booking site.
Absolutely free!

I’m giving away one custom direct-booking site to one Airbnb host. A real website — not a template-based solution, not something generated by AI in an afternoon. Connected to your PMS, and built so Google and AI search can actually find you.

Every booking through Airbnb now costs you 15%. This is how one host stops paying it.

Why I’m giving this away

I’ve spent years building marketing sites for venture-funded tech companies. Airbnb hosts are new territory for me, and I’d rather show one of you what I can do than talk anyone into it. All I’m asking in return is a case study and a quote about the work that I can share publicly.

I’m reading every application myself, and I’m only picking one — so tell me about your business, and how you’d actually use a direct booking site if you had one.

Apply below. It takes two minutes.

One per line

I’m Ivan, founder and principal designer at Luma Studios.

I’ve spent over a decade building software for tech companies, working inside product and marketing teams — helping shape the outcomes that had a real impact on the bottom line. That growth mindset is what I bring to every project at Luma Studios: your website isn’t what people see, it’s how it performs.

I run every project personally. If we work together on your direct-booking site, you’re working with me directly from day one and through the launch.

What free actually means

A direct-booking site normally costs $950 to set up, then a monthly fee for hosting and keeping the connection to your PMS working.

On this build there’s no setup fee, and nothing to pay for the first twelve months. Hosting, technical support, keeping your PMS connection healthy, minor edits — I handle all of it.

After twelve months, you choose one of three things.

  • Cancel. The site is yours. You keep the design, the content, and the domain, and you take over hosting and maintenance from there.
  • $95/month. I keep hosting it and handle the technical side — the PMS connection, minor edits, anything that breaks.
  • $175/month. All of the above, plus one new piece of content each month written to help you get found: a local guide, a nearby-attractions page, whatever earns you searches in your area.
